A major part of our business, probably around 40%, is our new home builds. When we are building your home, we fully expect that your neighbours will come to you saying “wow, that’s gone up fast!” Our team are driven to not only deliver a beautifully finished product but to also to get you in your new home as quickly as possible.
We have around ten team members working with us so there won’t just be one builder on site. You will get a full team, ensuring your build will go smoothly and as fast as possible. Most of our subcontractors have been working with us for 10 or in several cases 20 years. They support us 100% and we find them completely reliable. Hence there should not be too many delays waiting for our subbies to come and do their part.

AITKEN HOME
This grand five bedroom, three bathroom home on Waiheke was finished with cedar weatherboard, solid masonry with plaster finish and commercial aluminium joinery.
Limestone tiles and oak flooring to stairs and upper level. Hardwood and merante plywood soffits and coloursteel roof. This project required three concealed concrete water tanks under the suspended concrete garage floor and driveway area.
HEYLEN RESIDENCE
This new build was a spacious two story home situated right next to the Tamaki River in Pakuranga.
This generous home comprised four bedrooms, three bathrooms, plus an office.
The exterior was a combination of weatherboard and plaster finish with a coloursteel roof and PVC joinery.
PAUANUI HOME
This modern new build was finished with PBS cement weatherboard, aluminium windows and a coloursteel roof.
It included an outdoor sitting room, closed in with a louvretec roof for the owners to enjoy their expansive views. The house was fiinished to a very high standard in keeping with its stunning location.
