Superior home renovations.
With renovations being about half of our overall business for nearly 20 years, this is an area where our expertise continues to shine. A small part of this would be smaller jobs, in the $20,000 to $30,000 range, with the largest portion of our business being renovations ranging from $150,000-$500,000.
You’ll find that renovations are more complicated than new builds with the challenges that come from dealing with older homes. There are always unknowns when working with older homes however, we’ve found that our very experienced foremen are very well qualified to handle these more involved projects.
Phil has a real passion for building and will be able to advise you with practical ideas to improve your design, if it needs adjusting.

RYAN RESIDENCE
Renovation from rundown 2 bedroom cottage to 4 bedroom home with 3 bathrooms, office, 2 living areas and double garage. Weatherboard and timber joinery to match existing style of original home. Coloursteel roof.
POHUTUKAWA KINDERGARTEN
Renovated existing building to add a new entrance & office. Addition of a new new wing, classroom and children's bathroom.
A seamless renovation, to match the existing villa.
WALLER AVE
The front of this home in Waller Ave in Bucklands Beach was built using Monolithic cladding; we transformed this house with weatherboard. Our team renovated the whole house including the kitchen, bedrooms, lounge, basement, bathrooms etc. And we also rebuilt the deck which was in a rather sad state of affairs & replaced the handrail with weatherboard and glass. The result, as you can see from the photo's is just gorgeous.
