Superior RecladdingSuperior Construction firmly believes that changing the plaster cladding on your home, to a more suitable product (weatherboard usually) will greatly increase the value of your main asset. We have renovated our own monolithic clad home and know the challenges a job like this brings. We understand that the disruption to your life while completely renovating the outside of your home is quite sizeable. We will be as up front as possible when it comes to the cost & realities of a project like this. There will be no hidden costs or surprises half way through your build. We endeavour to communicate with you as much as possible so that you know exactly what is happening to your home at all times. If you would like Phil’s advice on your home, feel free to contact us today. |
This home was a monolithic (plaster cladding) home with a concrete block base. Extensively renovated with new bathroom fittings and tiling, brand new kitchen, carpet, paint in and out, new decking & frameless glass handrail. The end result was stunning! |

Clyside Avenue This is the renovation of our family home with monolithic cladding. We renovated every aspect of this home; cladding, installed double glazed joinery, new electrics, new carpet, repainted kitchen, retiled, new decks etc. And yes, we were are proud of the result! Once reclad & renovated it was sold to some very lucky, new owners. |
Waller Avenue The front of this home in Waller Ave in Bucklands Beach was built using Monolithic cladding; we transformed this house with weatherboard. Our team renovated the whole house including the kitchen, bedrooms, lounge, basement, bathrooms etc. And we also rebuilt the deck which was in a rather sad state of affairs & replaced the handrail with weatherboard and glass. The result, as you can see from the photo's is just gorgeous. |
Chisbury Terrace This beautiful home in Howick was reclad using vertical cedar weatherboard. Chimney removed, some windows replaced, deck rebuilt with a new handrail & shist colums rebuilt. Then painted inside out; the results speak for themselves. |
